How the test works
Choose how often each statement fits you in general. All questions are required. Results show a Type A–Type B tendency index plus two trait cards.
If your Type A tendency is high
- Slow micro-habits: single-task, finish one thing before switching.
- Schedule recovery: short breaks protect performance and mood.
- Redefine “productive”: sustainable pacing beats constant urgency.
- Train the pause: 10-second breath before replying/deciding.
